Farming Forney is an innovative student project envisioning the transformation of farmland into a sustainable settlement just outside Dallas, Texas. This phased development embraces the concept of urban farming, fostering a harmonious relationship between nature and community. The design incorporates edible landscapes, merging the suburban aesthetic with functional agriculture. By cultivating fresh produce within the settlement, Farming Forney tackles the issue of food deserts, providing access to nutritious food for local residents.
